My personal training takes place in my gym in the heart of Walkinstown, Dublin and I also do online sessions through zoom.
These sessions are a mix of resistance and cardiovascular training to ensure you get the very best results possible. Each session is built around you, your needs and your goals, I don't believe that one size fits all so I will work with you to reach your goal.
I am dedicated to helping improve the lives of all of my clients from a health, fitness and well-being perspective. I will achieve this by maintaining a constant focus on you and your needs and listening to you the client.

I offer one to one strength and conditioning sessions in person or online through Zoom. These sessions are tailored to meet your needs. I work with everyone no matter your age or stage in life and regardless of what you want to achieve. You might be looking to get a few more percent in a race, to stay on the pitch till the final whistle or recovering from surgery or injury, I can put a plan together that will get you where you need to be.
